Do you love brunch like I do? In my years of living in Arlington and the District, I’ve discovered the best DC area places for those infamous weekend bottomless brunches. Read on for my top 20!
BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH IN THE DISTRICT
1) Bar Charley
1825 18th Street NW, Washington, DC 20009
Bar Charley’s weekend bottomless brunch for$24.95 may just be the best deal in town. Its bottomless brunch includes an entree plus Mimosas, Bloody Marys, or Narragansetts (A Rhode Island lager). Brunch entrees include a variety of classic breakfast items and of course, the “hangover burger.” Get there early to be able snag one of the famous cinnamon rolls. Fun fact: Bar Charley touts itself as having “the best martinis on 18th Street.”
2) Mission Dupont & Navy Yard
Dupont – 1606 20th Street NW, Washington, DC 20009
Navy Yard – 1221 Van St. SE Washington, DC 20003
At this hacienda-style Mexican restaurant, $37.99 gets you two hours of bottomless margaritas, Mimosas, Bloody Marys, Tecates, Margaritas and one El Jimador shot. Not to mention unlimited guacamole, chips and salsa with your choice of a brunch entrée, which include Mexican specialties like migas, chilaquiles, breakfast tacos, burritos and much more. Enjoy Mission’s lovely outdoor patio in nice weather.
Check out Mission’s newest location in Navy Yard right across the street from Nationals Park! It offers the same bottomless options for $34.99.
3) Boqueria
Dupont – 1837 M Street NW, Washington, DC 20036
Penn Quarter – 777 9th St NW, Washington, DC 20001
Boqueria, offering “market-driven authentic Spanish cuisine,” offers a delightful bottomless brunch. You can enjoy an unlimited menu of 12 brunch tapas, drinks (try the Leche de Pantera Vodka, made with coffee, condensed milk, ‘Panther Powder’) and sweets. Bottomless brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:30am – 2:00pm (2.5 hour limit).
4) Ambar
523 8th Street SE, Washington, DC 20003 and 2901 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, VA 22201
One of my personal favorites, Ambar offers unlimited Balkan small plates and bottomless brunch in a fun, lively atmosphere. The DC location features outdoor seating on their rooftop. The bottomless brunch is $39 at the DC location and $34 + 25¢ brunch drinks in Arlington.
5) Duke’s Grocery
1513 17th Street NW, Washington, DC 20036
Visit this rustic, East London-inspired eatery in a converted row home on 17th Street. Duke’s brunch offers classic British dishes, such as the “Proper English Brekkie,” which includes “a runny egg, bacon rashers and bangers.” Bottomless Mimosas and Bloody Marys are just $16 from 10am-3pm, all weekend.
6) Cava Mezze
527 8th Street SE, Washington, DC 20003 and 2940 Clarendon Blvd, Arlington, VA 22201
Cava Mezze offers an unlimited Mediterranean all-you-can-eat brunch for $35 plus and 25¢ Mimosas. Enjoy Mediterranean specialties like Spicy Lamb Benedict, Gyro Hash Brown, or Chickpea hash.
7) DGS Delicatessen
1317 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20036
At DGS, enjoy two brunch courses for just $27. Choose between an appetizer and entree OR an entree and dessert, plus a choice of bottomless Mimosas, Screwdrivers, or Bloody Marys.
8) DC Harvest

Whether you like your brunch sweet (toasted coconut and walnut baked French Toast) or savory (chipotle lamb sausage scramble), DC Harvest has you covered. Add on bottomless Mimosas for $20 (try the Watermelon Mimosa) or Bloody Marys for $25.
9) Barrel

$21.99 will get you unlimited Seasonal Mimosas on Saturday and Sundays between 10:30am and 4:00pm. Or if you’re in a group, order the barrel of Old Fashioneds for just $60. Barrel serves delicious classic brunch dishes like shrimp n’ grits and croque madames.
10) Boundary Stone Public House

Love Bloody Marys and Mimosas? Then Boundary Stone Public House is the spot for you. Enjoy two hours of bottomless drinks for just $16 – it does not get any better than that! Stroll in from 11am-2pm on a Saturday or Sunday to enjoy this deal. Brunch entrees include Huevos Rancheros and Short Rib Hash.
11) Red Rocks

Columbia Heights – 1036 Park Road, NW, Washington, DC 20010
Old Town – 904 King St, Alexandria, VA 22314
Red Rocks’ brunch offerings include $25 bottomless drinks at their H Street location and $25 bottomless Mimosas at their Columbia Heights location and $5 mimosas at the Old Town location with 99 cent refills. Try the brandy-spiked French Toast or signature Red Rocks Hash.

12) Bracket Room

Sports fan? No shortage of TV’s here! Bracket Room’s unlimited weekend brunch is just $35. While technically not a bottomless brunch, drinks are only $2. Fun fact, Bracket Room is home to “The World’s Best Tater Tots” and “VA’s Best Breakfast Pizza.”
13) Palette 22
4053 Campbell Avenue, Arlington, VA 22206
Palette 22’s brunch is just $26.22, with brunch cocktails or “build your own” Bloody Marys for just $4.22 each. Enjoy tacos, sliders, pizza and brunch classics with a twist (like Tony’s French Toast Sticks, coated in Frosted Flakes or Arepas Crab Benedict) in this hip, warehouse-like space in Shirlington.
14) Twisted Vines Bottleshop & Bistro
2803 Columbia Pike, Arlington VA, 22204
Twisted Vines Bottleshop & Bistro offer bottomless Mimosas from 10am to 3pm every Saturday and Sunday. They have a full brunch menu with options for anyone in your group. The drink menu also features an Aperol Spritzer, Bellini, and a Champagne Hemmingway (made with Pernod and blanc de blanc champagne), sure to complete your meal.
BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH IN ALEXANDRIA
15) Daniel O’Connell’s
112 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
Visit this authentic Irish pub in the heart of Old Town on weekends for both American and Irish brunch classics like Scotch Eggs, Smoked Salmon Croissant, or Chicken & Waffles. Mimosas, Bellinis, and Bloody Marys are all just $5. O’Connell’s brunch hours on Saturdays are 11am-3pm. Sundays brunch is served from 10am-3pm with jazz music 1:30pm – 3:30pm.
16) Chadwicks
203 Strand Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
Enjoy Chadwicks’ half-priced Bloody Marys, Screwdrivers, and Mimosas on Saturdays and Sundays from 10am-4pm. Be sure to try the Eggs Idaho – a spin on the classic potato skin or the Brunch Tacos.
17) Vola’s Dockside Grill & Hi-Tide Lounge
101 N. Union Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
Okay, so not so “bottomless” … But it is still a great deal. Looking for a waterfront brunch option? Vola’s is the place to be. With Vola’s weekend libations menu, drink all refills are only $4! Vola’s serves an all-day menu as well as a brunch menu with specialties like monkey bread, shrimp n’ grits, as well as Vola’s three-egg breakfast combo.
18) Bastille
606 N. Fayette Street, Alexandria, VA 22314
Visit Bastille in the Northwest Quadrant for brunch when you’re extra hungry! Its three course prix fixe brunch ($29) includes an appetizer, entree, and dessert. Make it a “Bastille Mimosa Brunch” — for an additional $22, add a carafe of orange juice and a bottle of Sparkling for the table. Brunch options include classic French fare such as Salade “Niçoise”, or the “Sandwich Méditerranéen,” with chicken and pommes frites. Be sure to save room for a dessert such as Snickerdoodle Doughnuts.

19) Stella Barra

At this Bethesda pizzeria, $20.95 gets you an all-you-can-eat buffet of brunch staples with a gourmet spin (think cinnamon roll bread pudding). Bellinis, Bloody Marys or Mimosas are just $5. Kids eat free at Stella Barra’s endless pancake bar (ages 10 and under).
20) Passion Fish
7187 Woodmont Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 and 11960 Democracy Drive, Reston, VA 20190
Passion Fish has a true passion for serving the best local seafood. Its weekend brunch special allows you to pick any two courses for just $19 with Bottomless Bloody Marys or Mimosas for an additional $11. Passion Fish’s seafood brunch options include a Peruvian-style ceviche starter, a smoked Great Lakes whitefish hash and Eggs “Bar Harbor,” poached eggs with Maine lobster and a lemon chervil hollandaise.
