I’m Allison, COO and Co-Lead Agent at The Goodhart Group.

While my full-time career in real estate began in 2008, things started much earlier for me. Earning my real estate license at the age of 18, I spent a summer in college working for real estate entrepreneur Barbara Corcoran in New York. Since then, I’ve built a top-producing real estate team alongside my business partner and mother, Sue Goodhart, specializing in the Greater DC Metro Area including DC, Alexandria, Arlington, and Maryland.

My mission is to guide buyers and sellers to the next chapter of their lives. Real estate is about more than a transaction. It’s not just a house, it’s the life you build inside it and the community you shape around it.
