This menu for North Old Town spot includes a gluten-free chickpea pizza crust which can be ordered with any of its nine pizza varieties. Rustico also offers a special Gluten Free IPA, which “aromas of bright orange and grapefruit citrus with sweet floral notes…with notes of earthy grains.”
