Hayfield Estates home prices start at $829,000. Well-known area builder Evergreene Homes is the developer of these energy efficient homes.

Florence Lane

Close to I-95, the Capital Beltway, Metro, and two major retail developments, Florence Lane’s location can’t be beat. This new development, with just four new construction homes, is also offered by Evergreen Homes. Florence Lane homes offer four bedrooms, three or four bathrooms, bright living spaces, two-car garages, and energy efficiency. Models range from approximately 2,800 to 3,600 square feet. The community is surrounded by mature landscaping offers a feeling of seclusion. Home prices start in the $800s. With only four homes available, act quickly if you’re interested.

Walhaven at Kingstowne

Walhaven at Kingstowne is a 55+ community of three-level townhomes in the Kingstowne section of Alexandria. These townhomes, which come in three models, all feature three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, two-car garages, and most have private elevators. Walhaven homes are bright and spacious with an open floor plan for modern entertaining. Walhaven is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the amenities of Kingstowne. These townhomes are priced from the low $600s and will be available for spring 2019 move-ins.

The Crest of Alexandria

7900 Telegraph Road

The Crest is a “55+ Active Adult Lifestyle community” conveniently located near  Mount Vernon and Fort Belvoir. Its developers have partnered with three well known local builders to offer a variety of housing options from condos to single-family homes. Community amenities at The Crest include a clubhouse with a yoga studio and a variety of outdoor spaces featuring nature trails, walking paths, fire pits, a koi pond, herb garden, and a gazebo.

Van Meter is building The Crest’s single-family detached homes. The five models all feature first-floor owner’s suites, two-car garages, and private patios. Home prices start at $734,000. Van Meter is also building some luxury townhouses with two car garages. An ADA compliant unit is available. The townhomes start at $674,900.

Craftmark is offering luxury townhouses with three finished levels, two-car garages, private patios or decks, and optional elevators. One model remains, with three bedrooms, two full, and two half-bathrooms.

Christopher Companies is building The Crest’s condo units. These single-level condos are in four-level, elevator buildings with secure garage parking. Condos range from one to three bedrooms in two models, ranging from 760 up to 1,858 square feet. Prices start at $429,000.
