The Arbour at Olive Court
This small cul-de-sac development homes off Collingwood Road in the Mount Vernon area consists of five farmhouse style homes. Two lots/homes remain available. Both are five-bedroom homes with gourmet kitchens, flex space (office/play room), bedroom level laundry, luxurious owners suites, two-car garages, and high-end finishes throughout! There is still time to customize the interiors. Both the Hamilton ($1,329,000) and Franklin Models ($1,349,000) are available. Delivery is expected in Summer 2021.
A Fairfax County public-private partnership will transform 33 acres of land into North Hill, a mixed-income, affordable and market-rate housing community with both rental apartments and for-sale townhomes. The community, located just off Route 1, will consist of 216 Affordable Multifamily Apartments; 63 Affordable Senior Independent Living Apartments; and 175 for-sale townhomes, as well as a 12-acre Public Park. The 175 market-rate townhouses will be built along Dart Drive. Check back for details as we learn of them!
The Crest of Alexandria

The Crest is a “55+ Active Adult Lifestyle community” conveniently located near Mount Vernon and Fort Belvoir. Its developers have partnered with three well known local builders to offer a variety of housing options from condos to single-family homes. Community amenities at The Crest include a clubhouse with a yoga studio and a variety of outdoor spaces featuring nature trails, walking paths, fire pits, a koi pond, herb garden, and a gazebo.
Van Meter is building The Crest’s single-family detached homes. The five models all feature first-floor owner’s suites, two-car garages, and private patios. Home prices start at $734,000. Van Meter is also building some luxury townhouses with two car garages. An ADA compliant unit is available. The townhomes start at $674,900.
Craftmark is offering luxury townhouses with three finished levels, two-car garages, private patios or decks, and optional elevators. One model remains, with three bedrooms, two full, and two half-bathrooms.
Christopher Companies is building The Crest’s condo units. These single-level condos are in four-level, elevator buildings with secure garage parking. Condos range from one to three bedrooms in two models, ranging from 760 up to 1,858 square feet. Prices start at $429,000.

Now in framing! Enjoy 3,930 square feet of living space in the heart of Waynewood, a short walk to the Mount Vernon Trail and Fort Hunt Park.
