Three-level home in Beverley Hills with 5 beds, 3.5 baths (bed and full bath on the main level), a kitchen that’s open to the family room, a dining room, a butlers pantry, a mudroom, and a basement level rec room. This home is slated for early 2021 delivery. You can learn more about this home here.
This five-bedroom, 3.5 bath home offers approximately 4,000 square feet of living space over three floors. The 5,750 square foot lot is in a fantastic Del Ray location. The home is expected to be delivered in the summer of 2021, with a list price of $1,800,000.
This home offers roughly 3,800 of square feet of finished living space on three floors. The five-bedroom, 3.5 bath home will be listed for $1,800,000 and available in the Fall of 2021.
E. Del Ray Avenue
In late 2021 or early 2022, this six-bedroom, 4.5 bath home will be available with an expected list price between $2.3 – 2.4 million. This home is sited on a generously-sized lot 8,624 square foot lot. with room for a two-car garage or a 650 “tiny house” (the latter with certain zoning changes up for approval).
This development off Seminary Road consists of four individually designed luxury homes. List prices range from $2.9 – $3 million. The homes, modern in design, will be surrounded by plentiful nature. Look for activity in spring 2021 on the land and model home, which will offer more than 7,000 square feet of living space on a .83-acre lot.
N. Pickett Street
This home, located in the Seminary Hill Neighborhood, is slated for a late spring 2021 delivery. Sited on a 20,000 square foot lot, the home itself offers 6,941 finished square feet with six bedrooms, six full bathrooms, and two half bathrooms. The list price is not yet final but expected to be approximately $2.3 million.
N. Pegram Street
A second Seminary Hill home will also be available in late spring. This home also offers six bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms in 6,329 square feet. The list price is not yet final but expected to be approximately $2.3 million.
Fillmore Place of West Alexandria
Just three of these four-level luxury rooftop townhomes remain! The homes feature 3 beds, 3.5 baths, security systems, and 9′ ceilings on all levels (except the loft). One interior unit is available in the upper $800Ks, and two end units available in the $900Ks. All three units have upgrades and are available for immediate move-in.
Winchester Homes has purchased six acres of what had been the Victory Center land in Alexandria City to build the Winchester Eisenhower Avenue Townhomes project. The proposed project will consist of 138 townhomes ranging from approximately 1,700 – 2,600 square feet. No timeline has been shared yet but Winchester has built over 20,000 residential units across the Mid-Atlantic, including six communities that have opened in the last year.
