The Huntington Club – The plans to redevelop the massive Huntington Club condos at Indian Dr have been put on hold. IDI Group Companies announced in Spring of 2023 they are waiting until market conditions (i.e. interest rates) improve before proceeding with redevelopment. The redevelopment plans call for creating a community with about 1,500 total units including 360 garden-style and townhouse-style condos on 19 acres. Lennar Homes at Huntington Crossing – At 6239 Shields Ave (across the street from the Huntington Metro Station), the Lennar Corporation is building a few dozen four story townhome-style condos each with 1-car garages, designer inspired kitchens, and owner’s suites on their own private floor. Homes are now being sold from the mid $700s. Rudy’s Kingstowne – EYA is under contract on the current home of Rudy’s golf entertainment center.
