1555 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22209
Coming in 2021, The Highlands development is the talk of Arlington. Located in Rosslyn and walkable to Rosslyn Metro, this development will offer 912 residential units (a mix of apartments and condos) including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
Pierce at the Highlands is an upscale condo building that raises the bar for condo living in the area. This 27-story building will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a spectacular light-filled space. Its 104 condos will offer spectacular views of the Potomac and the DC skyline. The building offers luxury living and convenience with a hotel-style lobby, a rooftop entertainment terrace and resident club, a fitness center, 24-hour concierge, access to a resort-style pool, and underground parking for 1,000 cars. The community will include nearly 40,000 square feet of retail and a public park.
Pierce units will feature best-in-class finishes and features, large private balconies, high-end appliances, and elegant bedrooms. Pierce floor plans range from 1,100 to 2,000+ square feet and some units will have a direct access elevator.
2000 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22201
Developed by The Bush Companies, 2000 Clarendon will feature 87 modern condos within walking distance to Court House Metro station. The contemporary building will use concrete and brick construction and offer views of the District and monuments (from select residences). Construction is underway with delivery slated for Fall of 2020; presales have begun.
Condo units will range from 627 to 1,739 square feet, with layouts from 1 bedroom, 1 bath to 2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, plus a den. List prices are as follows:
- 1-Bedroom, 1-Bath from the upper $400s to mid $500s
- 1-Bedroom + Den, 1.5 Bath from the low $600s
- 2-Bedrooms, 2 Baths from the low $700s to the upper $700s
As of September 2019, there are just a few two bedrooms and den units available. Plenty of one-bedroom units remain.
Unit features include 10’+ ceilings, wide plank hardwoods in living area and bedrooms and contemporary details. The Chef’s kitchens include upgraded stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, 42” cabinets, and a working island. The spa-Inspired baths feature water closets, contemporary finishes and fixtures, and large format porcelain tile. Select residences offer loft-style living with exposed ductwork and natural gas fireplaces are also available. There is currently a waitlist for two-bedroom floor plans which are starting at over $1M.
The community features at 2000 Clarendon include a two-level cascading pool, sun deck, resident lounge with entertaining space, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a controlled-access parking garage. Ground floor retail shops will complete the development.
5711 11th Street North, Arlington, VA 22201
Arlington Row is a new condo and townhouse development by NVR Inc. It will have 84 units in total. Located in Ballston, this community will offer easy access to the Westover dining and shopping as well as the new Ballston Quarter.
6711 Lee Highway
This yet-to-be named project by NVR Homes in North Arlington is currently in the pre-construction stage. The community will consist of 27 new townhouses, either three or four stories. Each unit will include a two-car garage. The community will be close to the East Falls Church Metro station. Check back soon for updates!
1401 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22209
A major new development is planned for the existing Key Bridge Marriott in the Rosslyn area. Los Angeles company KBLH has proposed a plan to partially demolish and renovate the existing hotel and construct two new residential buildings, one with apartments and one with condos. 151 condominiums units are planned. With walkability to Metro and Georgetown, this project is sure to be a hot one! We will keep a close eye on this project so check back often for updates.
4610 N. Carlin Springs Road Arlington, VA 22207
This development will bring eight new constructions homes to Arlington. Situated on a lovely cul-de-sac near Ballston, these luxury homes feature generously-sized floorplans (four options, three of which offer 4,500+ square feet), designer architectural elements, high-end finishes (three style palettes from which to choose), and lovely outdoor space. This community will also be walking distance to Ballston Metro as well as the new Ballston Quarter. All homes offer energy-efficient features and attached garages. As of August 2019, just one lot remains.
989 S. Buchanan Street, Arlington, VA 22204
Located in South Arlington near Columbia Pike is Trafalgar Flats. Just 3.5 miles from the Pentagon, and four miles from The District, this development is a commuter’s dream. It is also across from a bus stop to the Ballston Metro, just two miles away. Trafalgar Flats’ amenities include a private lobby, an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit, a club room, a 24-hour fitness center, and indoor bicycle storage.
Just five units remain as of September 2019: a junior one-bedroom for $339K, two one-bedroom units in the low $400s, and two two-bedroom units, offered in the mid to upper $500K.
