This development will bring eight new constructions homes to North Arlington. Situated on a lovely cul-de-sac near Ballston, these luxury homes feature generously-sized floorplans (four options, three of which offer 4,500+ square feet), designer architectural elements, high-end finishes (three style palettes from which to choose), and lovely outdoor space. All homes offer energy-efficient features and attached garages. Abingdon Estates homes range from $1.49M to $1.639M and are slated for a Spring 2018 delivery.

1100 Block at Ballston Metro consists of 12 luxury Evergreen-built townhomes that offer urban living in the heart of Ballston. With 70 restaurants in the surrounding five blocks and is just steps from the Ballston Metro stop, this location can’t be beaten!
1100 Block offers four-floor plans, ranging from three bedroom, three bathroom units to five bedrooms, five bathroom units. These homes range in size from 1,870 to 3,675 square feet. Features include luxury fixtures and finishes, upgraded, gourmet kitchens, energy efficient features throughout, and optional elevators. These homes also offer space for rooftop living and entertaining. Some offer two car garages.
As of October 2017, four 1100 Block townhomes remain available for sale. List prices of these homes range from $1,280,900 – $1,582,900.
Key & Nash
1401 Key Blvd, Arlington, VA 22209
Steps from the Key Bridge and Georgetown in Rosslyn is Key & Nash, a 63-unit development. It offers one, two, and three bedroom condos, with some townhouse options available. Prices start at $629,900. Key & Nash’s model is now open and pre-opening pricing will end January 31st. There are a limited number of one bedroom w/den residences remaining. The two- and three-bedroom units are nearly sold out as of this January 2018 update.
Key & Nash homes boast designer finishes and fixtures throughout. The kitchens feature quartz countertops, mosaic tile backsplashes, European style cabinetry, and high-end appliances. The homes have also have LED recessed lighting, wide-plank hardwood floors, 9′ ceilings and owner’s suites with walk-in closets. These environmentally-friendly homes are LEED Silver certified.
There is plentiful outdoor space at Key & Nash, including balconies and terraces, as well as a landscaped center courtyard with seating and grilling areas. The building’s amenities include a concierge service, parking, storage, a lobby lounge, club room, fitness center and yoga studio, and library.
989 S. Buchanan Street, Arlington, VA 22204
Located in South Arlington near Columbia Pike is Trafalgar Flats. Just 3.5 miles from the Pentagon, and four miles from The District, this development is a commuter’s dream. It is also across from a bus stop to the Ballston Metro, just two miles away.
Trafalgar Flats recently opened for sales. Five of its 78 units are under contract as of this October 2017 writing. About half of the 78 units are one bedroom and the remainder are split between junior one bedroom and two bedroom units.The units range in size from 404 to 955 square feet.
Condo prices start from the mid $200,000s for a junior one bedroom, the low $300,000s for a standard one bedroom, and the mid $400,000s for a two bedroom unit. Condo fees range from $192 to $379 per month.
Trafalgar Flats’ amenities include a private lobby, an outdoor lounge area with a fire pit, a club room, a 24-hour fitness center, and indoor bicycle storage.
The Select At Gaslight Square
1700 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22209
Located between the Courthouse and Rosslyn Metro stations, The Select At Gaslight Square is ideally situated near Georgetown, Clarendon, and The Pentagon. The Community consists of 37 one- and two-story condominiums with a modern concrete and steel look. The Select flats offer generous floorplans (many with double height, 19’ ceilings) modern finishes, Sub-zero and Wolf appliances, and direct elevator access. Each floor is corridor-free, granting residents tremendous privacy.
The Select offers 11 different floor plans, all with fabulous outdoor dining balconies. All ground floor residences feature private garden patios while all penthouse units include expansive rooftop terraces. All units come with private underground parking.
Just three units remain as of this writing:
- The Penthouse Classic is 1,900 square feet. It has a rooftop terrace and an elevator to both levels. It is listed for $1,499,900 and condo fees are $605 per month.
- The 1,630 square foot Courtyard Loft boasts a courtyard off the master bedroom.The unit has a gated front entrance. List price is $1,149,900 and the monthly condo fee is $525.
- A 1,350 square foot two bedroom duplex unit with an interior elevator and courtyards, listed for $969,900. Condo fees are $470 per month.
