Tannery Row Location

Tannery Row is a condo and townhome development in the Southeast quadrant of Old Town. It includes Tannery House, a well-established condo development, and townhomes. They are located in central Old Town on Wilkes Street between S. St. Asaph and S. Washington Streets. The condo building was finished in 1978 and contains 19 spacious units.

Tannery Yard is a community of 25 Colonial style townhomes, built in 1976. These homes offer three or four levels with between 1,000-2,000 square feet. Tannery Yard offers a parking lot for its residents.

Just a five-minute walk away are many of Old Town’s best shopping and dining spots, as well as several boutique fitness studios like Orangetheory and barre3. The nearest Metro station is the King Street station on the Yellow and Blue lines.
