Kirkside Real Estate
Kirkside’s nearly 150 homes are primarily four- and five-bedroom stately Colonials and splits built in the 1960s, with some newer (1980s) construction mixed in. In 2023, Kirkside homes sold from the mid $800Ks to the low $1 millions. Kirkside features several quiet cul-de-sac streets.
