Jefferson Manor is a neighborhood of attached, side-by-side homes, constructed in the late 1940s. Most Jefferson Manor homes are two-bedroom, one bath. It is located in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County, just south of Old Town Alexandria. The neighborhood is in close proximity to the Huntington Metro Station. In 2023, two-bedroom semi-detached homes sold in the mid-to-high $500Ks while three-bedroom homes sold from the upper $500Ks to the low $700Ks.
