Harborside is an exclusive waterfront community located on the Potomac River in the Southeast Quadrant of Old Town.

These 63 brick townhomes were built in a Georgian style in the early 1990s. Harborside homes range from two to five stories, with 1,200 to 5,000 square feet. Many of the homes include private elevators, garages, and patios with river views. Harborside townhomes have from two to four bedrooms and up to 4.5 baths.

Harborside Community

Harborside, which faces Hunter’s Shipyard, offers its own community boat facilities. Shipyard Park, which lies between the houses and the Potomac River, is popular for exercise, dog walking, and other outdoor activities.
