| Fairlington Towne is located in Alexandria’s West End, close to Arlington, Shirlington, and I-395. Built in 1953, the neighborhood consists of 300 townhome condominium units situated on 19 acres. The community was originally built as a rental community and converted to condos in the 1980s. Three different home models are available in Fairlington Towne, with either two or three bedrooms, and one and a half baths. In 2023, most units sold in the low $500K range. |
Fairlington Towne Entertainment
Residents can take in dinner and movie in nearby Shirlington or take a short drive down King Street to Old Town Alexandria. They can also take in a game at nearby Alexandria City High School (of Remember the Titans fame) or Episcopal High School. Nearby Fort Ward Park offers outdoor concerts, a lovely walking path, and loads of Civil War history.
