Chatham Square is in the Northeast quadrant of Old Town at the intersection of Princess and North Pitt Streets. It is a three-story complex of 152 townhomes, with a mix of Colonial, Federal, Queen Anne, and Italianate facades. Completed in 2006, Chatham Square units offer four finished levels, some with lofts, rooftop terraces, and two-car garages.
Chatham Square is convenient to Alexandria’s vibrant waterfront, parks, and trails. It is walkable to the many popular boutiques, galleries, and restaurants along King Street such as the Torpedo Factory Arts Center and Vola’s Dockside Grill, as well as many of the Northwest Quadrant restaurants such as Hank’s Pasta Bar.
