Grove at Dominion Hills
A brand new community of boutique-style single family homes built by Toll Brothers is coming to Arlington, Virginia. The Grove at Dominion Hills offers luxury single-family homes with countless options to personalize and beautiful backyard spaces. Close to Upton Hill Park, Ballston, and the East Falls Church Metro Station, these 40 new homes will be starting at $1,903,995.
6711 Lee Highway
This new townhouse development is currently in pre-construction in East Falls Church as of Spring 2025. The community consists of 27 new townhouses with either three or four stories. Each unit will include a two-car garage, as well as guest parking spaces on-site. The location is great for commuters, with the East Falls Church metro station less than a half-mile away.
1401 Lee Highway, Arlington, VA 22209
A major new development is planned for the existing Key Bridge Marriott in the Rosslyn area. Los Angeles company KBLH has proposed a plan to partially demolish and renovate the existing hotel and construct two new residential buildings, one with apartments and one with condos. 151 condominiums units are planned. With walkability to Metro and Georgetown, this project is sure to be a hot one! However this plan has been on hold since 2020, now as of October 2023, KBH, LLC has resubmitted a proposed redevelopment plan of the Key Bridge Marriott. The project will include 1, 2, and 3-bedroom condo units with balconies. Building amenities are set to include a fitness room + yoga & spin studios, a library, and rooftop club rooms & terraces.
