ALEXANDRIA
Walhaven at Kingstowne
5999 Clames Drive, Alexandria, Virginia 22315
Walhaven is a 55+ community of 32 homes, selling in the $600K range. It offers two townhome collections, with units starting at 2825 square feet. These three-level townhomes offer private elevators, two-car garages, designer kitchens, spacious owner’s suites, and plenty of outdoor space.
The Crest of Alexandria
7928 Ashland Drive, Alexandria, VA 22315
This 55+ community in the Fairfax County section of Alexandria, near Mount Vernon and Fort Belvoir, offers single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Community amenities at 
The Crest of Alexandria includes a clubhouse with a yoga studio and a variety of outdoor spaces featuring nature trails, walking paths, fire pits, a koi pond, herb garden, and a gazebo.
Van Metre is building The Crest’s single-family detached homes. The five models all feature first-floor owner’s suites, two-car garages, and private patios. Home prices start at $734,000. Van Meter is also building some luxury townhouses with two-car garages. An ADA compliant unit is available. The townhomes start at $675K. Act quickly, as only four single-family homes remain.
Craftmark is offering luxury townhouses with three finished levels, two-car garages, private patios or decks, and optional elevators. One model remains, with three bedrooms, two full, and two half-bathrooms.
Christopher Companies is building The Crest’s condo units. These single-level condos are in four-level, elevator buildings with secure garage parking. Condos range from one to three bedrooms in two models, ranging from 760 up to 1,858 SF. Prices start at $429L+K.
FALLS CHURCH
Railroad Cottages
1006 Railroad Avenue, Falls Church, VA 22046
This small 55+ development offers ten homes with today’s best energy-efficient technology and amenities. Railroad Cottages is close to historic and walkable Falls Church. Two home collections feature two different floor plans; all homes are approximately 1,490 square feet with two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, with a covered parking space. Home features include zero-threshold walk-in showers, nine-foot ceilings, front porches, and private outdoor space. Railroad Cottages are selling from the $700Ks – low $800Ks. The Atrium at MetroWest

Pulte Homes has developed this development of luxury one-level condos in elevator buildings. Located near the Vienna/Fairfax Metro, the 206 homes in this community offer modern and high- end finishes. Community amenities include an indoor pool, clubroom, fitness room, yoga room, and outdoor green space, including landscaped courtyards, a grilling area, and parks with paved walking paths.
The Atrium at MetroWest offers 15 floor plans, with either two or three bedrooms. Units range from $449K to the upper $700Ks. Conveniently located near 1-66 and across from the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metro station, and just three miles from the popular The Mosaic District, the location is prime for active adults. Secure underground parking is available.
Saintsbury Plaza
2907 Saintsbury Plaza, Fairfax, Virginia 22031
Saintsbury Plaza is a 55+ condo community in Fairfax, Virginia with 111 units. Saintsbury Plaza’s amenities include a library, club room, exercise room, a card room, and walking and biking trails. Concierge services are also offered in the community for residents to use.
Saintsbury Plaza homes were built between 2005 to 2006. These four-story condo buildings all have elevator access. Condos range in size from approximately 1,125 to 1,752 SF and have two or three bedrooms, two or two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a one-car garage or assigned carport. Saintsbury Plaza is conveniently located next to the Vienna Metro and is close to major roadways and many conveniences.
SPRINGFIELD
HiddenBrooke
