Pulte Homes has opened 66 new townhomes in Cameron Station in Alexandria’s West End. These four-level, 2,500 square foot (approximately) townhomes offer between three and five bedrooms and two car garages. Cameron Park homes come in two models: the Irving and the Gramercy. The Irving model features a main level office and his-and-hers walk-in closets in the owner’s suite. The Gramercy’s chef-inspired kitchen is ideal for those who love to entertain.
Cameron Park is ideally located near many Alexandria landmarks. Residents are less than a mile away from the new Landmark Towne Center, Harris Teeter, and Ben Brenman Park. Commuters will love its walkability to the Van Dorn Street metro stop and proximity to Old Town (six miles) and Washington DC (12 miles).
List prices for Cameron Park homes range from $699,990 – $799,990, depending on the model. The Irving model is available for quick move in. As of this writing, 45 units remain available for purchase.
120 South Pickett Street
Pulte Homes has opened a second community of townhomes and condos in the Landmark area. Cambria Square offers four different floor plans. The homes have three, four, or five bedrooms. Some feature first floor offices, rooftop decks, game rooms, and/or loft space. These units are nearly sold out. One unit is currently for sale: 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome for $748,071.
Cambria Square offers an urban living feel in Alexandria’s West End. This community is just a short walk to the Van Dorn Metro Station, approximately five miles to Old Town and just ten miles to Washington DC. Less than a mile away are Harris Teeter, the future Landmark Towne Center, and I-395.
