Not a Market for Waffling

June 21, 2016 | Buying a Home | By: Sue

Have you been debating whether or not to make a move?  If so, you must decide to move or decide stay put.

Are you going to do it? If yes, then you have to actually do it! If you are selling, get the house ready. Deal with your “stuff” – in other words, get rid of what you don’t need. If you are buying, start visiting open houses and talk to a lender and a real estate agent to determine if you can afford the type of home you need.  Mortgage rates are at records lows so moving up or moving down makes absolute sense right NOW. If now is not the right time for you, then be at peace with that decision.

No more waffling.

It’s not that kind of market. You need an action plan.

Call us. We can walk you through the entire process of buying or selling a home – or doing both simultaneously. We are here to help you, and not just while your home is on the market. We can start to think through the moving process well before it actually begins. We can help you try to visualize what your next home can (and should) be. We can guide you through each step — decluttering, deciding what home improvements you should make, staging, finding and maybe renovating your new home, and so much more.

That is why we do this. To be your guiding force. To show you how to get it done. Once you decide to move, you will feel much better when you have more (or perhaps less) space. And if where you are right now is perfect for the next five years, then by all means, stay there. But if you and the kids need more space or you have more space than you need – stop thinking about it. Do it! Get serious and let’s explore the options.

We live real estate.

We do this everyday. Let’s talk
