New Construction Spotlight | Alexandria, VA
Exciting news for those watching the Old Town Alexandria real estate market: a new townhome community is on the horizon at 333 N Fairfax Street, just one block from Founder’s Park and three blocks north of King Street.
Currently in the early stages of planning and development, the project will bring approximately 32 townhomes to this prime location. Sales are expected to begin well over a year from now, with anticipated delivery in 2029.
Here’s what we know so far:
- 32 townhomes, each with one of four unique exterior designs
- Two homes will be offered as affordable housing units
- Each townhome is planned to include an elevator and likely an electric fireplace
- A private rooftop terrace (~400 sq ft) is expected for each home
- A small balcony off the main level (second floor) will provide space for a grill and chair
- Two-car garages for all units
