TideLock at 1033 N. Fairfax St is set to open in 2026 in North Old Town. Community Three and Whitaker Investment have secured a $96 million construction loan to move forward on a new mixed-use building with apartments, condos, and retail in the Old Town North neighborhood. 

Built in 1983, the three existing 1980s-era office buildings that were formerly home to the American Physical Therapy Association will become a mixed-use development with 169 residential rental apartments, 65 luxury condominiums, and about 7,000 square feet of retail and arts space. The development will also feature a public pedestrian promenade leading to TideLock park, public art installations, and an historical interpretive display.
