Samantha Tagert is our contract and closing manager, and a big reason why The Goodhart Group runs so smoothly. Her top-notch organizational and client service skills all contribute to our team’s success. Samantha has an in-depth experience of the real estate industry in the local area and beyond, with a background that includes five years working in the New York City real estate market as both an office manager and an agent. As a former Vice President of Risk Management in the finance industry at Lehman Brothers and a graduate from Fordham University with a B.S. in Finance, her investment and management skills give our team a true advantage.

Samantha currently lives in the charming Old Town area of Alexandria, and when she’s not working, she loves to travel and enjoys walking her two dogs in Old Town with her husband Jon.
