Kaitlyn specializes in the Alexandria, Arlington, and Falls church areas. Working in the industry for over ten years, she made her start in leasing luxury apartment homes and continued to build a successful career selling new home construction in the historic Williamsburg, Virginia region.

Originally from a small town in Pennsylvania, she was taught strong work ethics, high morals and developed an unwavering set of core values. Her enthusiasm and infections personality shines through in everything she does, while she offers white glove customer service and professionalism to meet every clients’s specific needs.  Kaitlyn is passionate about connecting with people and helping buyers navigate the real estate market.

In her spare time, Kaitlyn enjoys cycling, hot yoga, and taking walks with her dog Poochie. She enjoys live music, coffee shops, traveling, and being on the lookout for new and innovative places to hit the restaurant scene.
