I interviewed a couple of real estate agents since the one who helped us buy that duplex in Del Ray was awful. Sue impressed me with her intelligent, no-nonsense approach to the most expensive decision of our lives. I had very specific requirements of a new house and we talked about realistic options for compromise.

Once she knew what I was willing to not sacrifice, she didn’t waste our time trying to make a not-great house work for us like the other agent did.
