Total units sold decreased down to 329 from 396 in 2018. The average sales price for detached homes jumped into the millions, with the average price jumping to $1,014,511, an almost seven percent increase from 2018. Like most of the other zip codes in Alexandria, homes in 22302 did not sit on the market long in 2019 with homes on average selling in 11 days.
