Paradigm Development Company has plans in the works to build a 12-story, 110-unit condominium at 2200 Dock Lane in Eisenhower East. The new project, designed by Architect Collaborative, will go before the Alexandria Planning Commission in early December. The new condo building would be the final phase of development for Paradigm along this block in the Eisenhower East Small Area Plan neighborhood. It would join Paradigm’s 2250 Dock Lane, the approved 26-story, 400-plus unit apartment building. This will be one of the largest condo buildings in Alexandria. In addition to two levels of underground parking, the new building will have amenities including a fitness center, movie room and a pet spa.
