The always-busy brewery off of Duke Street has closed their tasting room until further notice. However, they are offering beer to-go in their parking lot for patrons to pull up and a staff member can sell them a variety of their beers right in the parking lot. Port City is also offering delivery within a 5 mile radius of the brewery.
The group that operates several restaurants in Alexandria including Buzz Bakeshop, Evening Star Cafe, Columbia Firehouse, Vermillion, and Rustico announced on Monday, March 16, that all of their restaurants will be closed to patrons and running on delivery and take out orders only. Diners can call to place delivery or take out orders or use DoorDash to place their orders.
The popular grocery store is opening its doors exclusively to seniors and other at-risk individuals from 8 am-9 pm Monday through Friday. Their stores will continue to operate under normal business hours.
The busy sub shop in Old Town has created a new pick up window for customers to utilize. Customers can place their order online, call in, or place their order in person all to be picked up in person at the pickup window. Their full menu is available including breakfast options, cappuccinos, subs, and dinners-to-go.
The Del Ray eatery known for its delicious biscuits has transitioned to take out only, with a register placed at the front door where patrons can place orders. Stomping Ground management does encourage folks to place their orders online ahead of time.
Augie’s Beer Garden in Old Town is currently offering to-go orders through their website. They’re also partnering with Uber Eats to provide delivery service as well.
The popular fruit and health outpost with locations in Old Town and Del Ray is currently closed for dine-in customers but is doing pick up orders via their app as well as delivery through Uber Eats with no delivery fees.
You can head over to Taqueria Poblano in Del Ray to get your Mexican food fix as Taqueria Poblano is offering their full menu for takeout through call-in orders.
You can’t forget dessert in a time like this. Dairy Godmother in Del Ray is offering carry out at their front door as well as delivery through GrubHub.
The popular Italian eatery in Old Town re-opened on March 23 for take out and delivery services through Uber Eats and GrubHub. Additionally with restaurants now allowed to deliver alcohol, Mia’s is offering 50% off bottles of wine, sangria pitchers for $24, and a free roll of toilet paper with any alcohol purchase.
Homegrown Restaurant Group restaurants Holy Cow, Pork Barrel BBQ, and The Sushi Bar are all offering contactless pick up from their locations as well as Uber Eats and Postmates delivery services as well.
