The Mosaic District is Fairfax County’s hottest new development, located in Merrifield at the intersection of Routes 50 and 66 and the Capital Beltway. It is less then one mile from the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Station on Metro’s popular Orange line.

Mosaic Real Estate

Real estate in the Mosaic district consists of very contemporary townhomes and two apartment complexes. Mosaic piloted the country’s LEED Neighborhood Development Program, achieving LEED Silver certification.

Mosaic Community

Mosaic strives for “pioneering intelligent urban design and enhancing the way people interact and create community.” Mosaic is also home to a farmers market on Sundays, which includes wine tasting, chef demos and live music. A select mix of DC’s best boutiques, culinary options and grocers, office space, a Hyatt Hotel, high-end national retailers (Anthropologie, Lululemon and Neiman Marcus’ Last Call) can be found here.

Mosaic Favorites

Check out the Angelika Film Center, an independent art-house cinema offering small bites, craft beer and wine. Mosaic’s restaurants include popular Ted’s Bulletin, Iron Chef House (traditional Japanese), and Cyclone Anaya’s (bold Mexican flavors).
