Becoming a first-time homeowner inspired Bonnie to enter the real estate field herself. She knows firsthand what it takes to confidently guide buyers through what can seem like a daunting process. Having grown up in DeLand, Florida, Bonnie moved to the Washington, DC area after graduating with a history degree from the University of Florida.  She and her husband, Grant, live in the Hybla Valley neighborhood next to Hollin Hills and are currently renovating their cute 1940s Cape Cod.
